Generation-X 90-Day Money Back Guarantee
All Generation-X lights are offered with a 90-Day Risk Free Trial. If for any reason you are less than impressed within 90 days of receiving your product, you can return your lights for a 100% refund of the price you paid less the original shipping cost. The refund will be processed via the same method used for payment within 48 hours of receiving the returned merchandise. Return merchandise must be in as-new condition, in proper packaging, with all appropriate power cords and hanging pieces. If any part is missing, the return will be refused and returned to sender. The 90-Day Trial offer applies only to the standard "Red" Generation-X lights available through our site. We do not offer returns on customized (color, lensing, etc...) or international models, as these are special order items. Returns are limited to (2) LED Grow Lights per customer. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.
In the event that there is a problem with the functionality of any of our grow lights, we require photographic evidence displaying the said problem (ie: if two light engines are not turning on, a photograph showing it). If you are unable to provide pictures of your product, we will supply you with a return address to send the light, where we will determine the damage and either fix the light or replace it with a new one. If the light has been tampered with or it is found that the damage was caused by the customer, there will be a repair fee associated with the return of your product. If it is determined that the product is unrepairable, we will notify you immediately. If the warranty seal is broken, your warranty becomes null and void. If damage has been caused by abnormal use, neglect (such as dripping water), wrong input voltage, dropping or breaking the light, etc..., the warranty is void. Warranty coverage is ultimately left to the discretion of Hydro-Gro LLC. We reserve the right to refuse warranty repair or replacement service to anyone.
For minor repairs such as a power supply replacement, we will send the new part to you with instructions on how to replace it. In the event that the new part does not fix the problem, or there is a problem which is more complex, the light will need to be returned for a warranty replacement. In the event of a replacement, we will send you a return shipping label for the defective product, and after it has been received we will send out a new replacement unit to you. The defective unit must be returned in its original packaging and box.
If you are unable to wait for a replacement, we offer expedited service for a deposit. This deposit varies per light, but ensures that a new product is shipped to you right away. If you wish to use our expedited method, give us a call at 775-410-5263 to process your deposit. After you receive the new product, use the return shipping label included to send the defective light back in it's original packaging and box. Once the light has been received and inspected, your deposit will be refunded.
Returns and Cancellations:
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a 60-day return policy on all of our 60 degree LED Grow Lights. We do not offer returns on refurbished, custom or international models, as they are special order items. Returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee of their original purchase price, not including the cost of return shipping. Returns are limited to (2) LED Grow Lights per customer, and must be returned in "as new" condition, inside of their original packaging. Return postage is the responsibility of the consumer. Cancellations are only offered in the event that your item has not yet shipped. If you wish to cancel your order, a 20% restocking fee will apply. There are no exceptions to this policy.

What Does This Warranty Cover?
This warranty covers any manufacturing defects or component failures in your new light bar.
How Long Does The Coverage Last?
This warranty lasts two years from the date of original purchase. Coverage terminates if you sell or otherwise transfer your light bar.
What Will SOLAROASIS Do?
SolarOasis will, at our discretion, repair or replace any defective or malfunctioning component at no charge. You must pay shipping charges to our repair
If not under warranty, SolarOasis will repair malfunctioning parts at the following cost:
$50 each cluster replaced
$10 each power jack replaced
$10 each bar housing replaced
SolarOasis upon receipt of your defective product will provide via email a summary of damage and cost prior to repairing your product. Product repair will
begin when payment in full for said repairs is received by SolarOasis, in the form of money order or cashers check and funds have transferred to
SolarOasis. Please allow 4-6 weeks for SolarOasis to receive, evaluate, repair, and return your product.
What Does This Warranty Not Cover?
Any problems caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Examples of abuse are operating the light bar in any
environment with temperatures above 110°F, or in an atmosphere which is corrosive to standard electronic components, or physical damage to any part of
the product. Opening the product by any means or any reason voids all warranties. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable
under this warranty. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.
ProSource Worldwide Warranty Policy
ProSource Worldwide provides a 90 day risk-free warranty on their products.
We accept returns within 90 days of delivery if you are not satisfied with the performance of any of our Illuminator LED Lights. Items must not be damaged in order to receive full credit of purchase price, without showing signs of wear or damage in any way, within 90 calendar days of the delivery date, must not be a special order or a custom order.If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for store credit or a cash refund. Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it. There is a 0% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged and are not damaged. Again you MUST contact us within 90 days if you intend to return ANY item back to our store. Items returned to us AFTER 90 days and WITHOUT contacting us will NOT be refunded. Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.
Sunshine Systems, LLC Warranty Policy
Limited One Year Warranty: Sunshine Systems, LLC warrants to the original purchaser only that the Glow Panel 45 grow light panel will be free from defects in material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase. Sunshine Systems will replace or repair any defective Glow Panel 45 for free excluding shipping costs. Sunshine Systems, LLC is NOT responsible for shipping charges. To make a claim under this Limited Replacement Warranty, you must return the Glow Panel 45, shipping prepaid, to: Sunshine Systems, LLC, 600 Northgate Parkway, Unit A, Wheeling, IL 60090. This warranty is void: if the Glow Panel is used in a manner inconsistent with its packaging, the Glow Panel was opened or tampered with, or the Glow Panel 45 exhibits physical abuse or damage.
